Today I want to show you my basic homemade spaghetti meat sauce recipe, which you can make in like 20 minutes … including the pasta! This recipe uses a can of tomato sauce (any type). I also have an easy Bolognese sauce with a can of tomatoes (or even my roasted tomatoes or canning tomatoes). You can even make life super easy by making double or triple batches of spaghetti and then freezing in portions that you normally eat. You can also double or triple the sauce recipe and freeze it too!

Shrimp Pad Thai Recipe
I absolutely love shrimp. Maybe it’s because I grew up surrounded by the ocean. Or maybe it’s because shrimp is just delicious. This shrimp Pad Thai recipe features those large, raw shrimp that you can buy in a big bag on sale at the local grocery store. But you can use any kind of shrimp, prawn, or even scallops, either raw or cooked, frozen or fresh. Regardless of your choice, the seafood adds a wonderful flavor and texture to the dish, complementing the tangy flavors of the Pad Thai.
Ginisang Baguio Beans Recipe (Filipino Green Beans with Pork)
Today, I’m super excited to share another yummy Filipino recipe, Ginisang Baguio Beans, which is a simple dish made with fresh green beans, tomatoes, and pork. This dish is super delicious and great for anyone who wants a quick Filipino meal. Many recipes use ground pork. I used thinly sliced pork cutlets instead. If you want, you can substitute almost any kind of meat, including ground pork or ground beef. You can either eat it as a full meal over rice, or as a side dish.
Classic Chicken Pad Thai Recipe
This recipe is for the classic chicken Pad Thai. It’s a favorite for lots of people because chicken is versatile, cheap, and plentiful. If you use boneless, skinless chicken breast, it can also be healthy and a good source of protein because it is a lean cut of meat. I love chicken, but let’s face it. It can get a little repetitive to eat it all the time. This Pad Thai variation uses familiar ingredients in an exciting way, transforming the ordinary chicken to add to your dinner rotation.
Delicious Homemade Salmon Meatballs Recipe
Today’s dinner is a bit different! Everyone in our house loves salmon. But this time, I decided to mix it up a little (literally)! I created this salmon meatballs recipe. Everyone, they turned out so good. I’m super excited about this recipe for all my fellow salmon lovers out there. When it comes to the pasta, you can choose whatever you want. I decided on linguine with my creamy pesto recipe to match these beautiful meatballs.
Colorful Lime Mexican-Inspired Corn Salad Recipe
I love tacos. But tacos are quite unhealthy for you (so are empanadas btw). So I created this festive Mexican-inspired corn salad recipe when I want a little bit of Mexican flavor in my life without the unhealthy. It combines the freshness of corn with the tanginess of lime. This salad is perfect for that summer BBQ bash. The dressing is light and tangy. It’s also very easy to make … just heat up the corn and dice (or shred) the other ingredients.
Crab Pad Thai Recipe
Crab has been an acquired taste for me, but now I love it. Today, I am making some delicious crab Pad Thai to satisfy my crab cravings before I get to take a trip to Annapolis, MD for the bestest crab shack in the world. You can use imitation crab if you can’t find canned real crab, but the real deal is worth it. You don’t need a full pound can to make this recipe, either. I used a smaller can (about 5 ounces), and there was more than enough crab to make this dish tasty.
Pad Thai With Pork Recipe
I’ve made the entire rounds of different Pad Thai recipes with different meats, and now it’s time for Pad Thai with pork. I’m not the biggest fan of pork, but it cooks up much the same way as chicken and in this recipe, it’s surrounded by all those delicious Thai flavors. With this recipe, I made use of some pre-cooked rotisserie pork that I bought on a grocery store special. The pre-cooked rotisserie pork from the grocery store adds a flavorful twist to this Pad Thai recipe.
Easy Spaghetti Bolognese Sauce Recipe
Today I want to show you my easy spaghetti Bolognese sauce recipe. To make this Bolognese, I like to use a large can of Hunt’s canned tomatoes, or my canned cherry tomatoes from my garden. This sauce recipe is different than my spaghetti meat sauce recipe, but they are similar. You can also substitute any other kind of ground meat (sausage, turkey, chicken, even lentils) to make it healthier or for different flavor. Also, you can throw in whatever veggies that you have to give a nutrition shot!
