  • 1 lb Chicken Breast (cut into strips)

  • 1 tsp Salt and Pepper

  • 1 Green Bell Pepper (sliced)

  • 1 Large Broccoli Head

  • 2 Large Carrots (matchstick cut)

  • 8 oz Mushrooms (halved)

  • 1 Zucchini (quartered)

  • 1 Onion (sliced)
