Instructions
Chop pork chops into 1-inch cubes.
Add olive oil to a cooking pot over medium heat. Once olive oil is heated, add cubed pork chops and garlic to the pot. Cook and stir occasionally for 3-5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
Add chicken bouillon cubes and stir for 1 minute.
Add water. Turn heat down to medium-low and simmer for 20 minutes.
Slice chives into about 1/2 inch pieces. Add to pot and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove pot from heat. Serve warm with rice. Enjoy!
