Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Prep your baking sheet with parchment paper or if you are using a pizza stone, preheat the pizza stone as well.
Spread 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce on each flatbread. Add 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese and a handful of mixed greens. Layer mushrooms and diced chicken evenly between the flatbreads. Top with mozzarella cheese and drizzle BBQ sauce if desired.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and let pizzas cool a little before serving. Enjoy!
