Filipino Banana Bread is a special kind of banana bread that has a taste of the tropics! It's made with creamy coconut milk and it's super easy to make. It's a mix of flavors you might already know and some exciting new ones. You can have it for breakfast, a snack, or when you're craving something sweet!

Instructions
Turn on the oven to 350°F (175°C). Also, rub some oil and sprinkle a bit of flour in a baking pan that's 9x5 inches big. This will help the bread come out easily after baking.
In a bowl that's not too small but not too big, squish the bananas with a fork or something like a potato smasher until they look smooth and creamy.
In a bigger bowl, mix the squished bananas, coconut milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix it all up really well.
Next, put in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a bit of salt. Gently mix it all until it's mixed but not too much. We don't want the bread to be too heavy.
Pour this mixture into the pan you prepared earlier. Spread it out so it's nice and even. Then, ask an adult to help you put it in the hot oven. It will bake for 50-60 minutes. You'll know it's ready when you poke it with a toothpick and it comes out clean.
Once it's out of the oven, let it sit for a bit in the pan (about 10 minutes). Then, move it to a wire rack to cool down. Once it's cool, you can cut slices and enjoy eating.

u003cliu003eMake sure your bananas are just right - they should have brown spots and be a bit soft. That's when they taste the sweetest!u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eIf you want to make your banana bread extra yummy, you can add little pieces of nuts or chocolate.
