Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch (23x33 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the granulated sugar until well combined. Let it cool slightly.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out with just a little bit of stickiness. Be careful not to bake for too long, as we want the brownies to be chewy!
Let the brownies cool in the pan for about 15 minutes, then lift them out using the parchment paper and allow them to cool completely on a wire rack.
Once cooled, cut the brownies into squares, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
u003cliu003eIf you want the inside of the brownies to be extra gooey, just don't bake them for too long. Let them finish cooking as they cool down.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eIf you don't have walnuts, you can use pecans or almonds, or you can skip the nuts if you don't like them.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eWant to make the chocolate taste even better? Just add a tiny bit of instant coffee, you will love it trust me.u003c/liu003e
