Instructions
First, make a yummy blueberry lemon mix. In a pot, mix fresh blueberries, lemon peel, lemon juice, and sugary stuff. Heat it up and stir until it gets thick and delicious. Let it cool.
Next, in a big bowl, whip the heavy cream until it's super fluffy. In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, vanilla, and a tiny bit of salt. Gently mix the fluffy cream into the mascarpone until it's super smooth and creamy.
Now, dip each ladyfinger into coffee - make sure they're wet but not too squishy. Put a layer of these wet ladyfingers in your dish. Spread some creamy mascarpone on top, then add some of the blueberry lemon mix. Keep doing this until you have lots of layers. Finish with a big spoonful of creamy mascarpone on top.
Cover your dessert with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours. This makes all the flavors mix together and the dessert becomes super tasty. Before you eat, decorate the top with more blueberries and lemon peel to make it look nice.
Notes
u003cliu003eInstead of making the blueberry lemon mix from the start, you can buy lemon curd from the store. It's faster if you don't have much time.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eTry using different berries or add a little limoncello (it's like lemon-flavored fun juice) to the coffee. you will love it.u003c/liu003e
