Instructions
Preheat the oven to 475°F with the pizza stone inside.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 10-inch circle. Start rolling in the center and work your way out. Make sure the bottom is not sticking to the surface. Apply small amounts of flour if needed.
Once the oven is heated, carefully take out the pizza stone using oven mitts and grab the stone by the handles. Add the cornmeal and carefully transfer the pizza dough to the top of the pizza stone. If your pizza stone does not have handles, skip this step! Instead of building the pizza on the stone, you will transfer the ready-made pizza at the end.
Carefully spread the bbq sauce onto the pizza stone. Add the mixed greens, chicken, mushrooms, and cheese. Try to evenly distribute the toppings across the pizza.
Carefully transfer the pizza on the pizza stone into the oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is slightly browned and bubbly. Remove from the oven and cool for at least 10 minutes. Carefully transfer the pizza onto a cutting board to slice. Enjoy!

Also, the longer the pizza cools on the pizza stone will create a crispier crust.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eu003cstrongu003eRolling out the dough-u003c/strongu003e I like using a pastry mat to roll out the dough as it has measurements and it is an easy cleanup!u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eu003cstrongu003eToppings-u003c/strongu003e I try my best to evenly spread the BBQ sauce across the dough and evenly distribute the toppings. This ensures each slice has a good amount of toppings.u003c/liu003eu003cliu003eu003cstrongu003eTransferring the pizza- u003c/strongu003eAfter the pizza has cooled down a bit, I slide a thin cutting board under the pizza and then cut the pizza on the cutting board.
