Philly Cheesesteak Tater Tot Casserole


1 pound thinly sliced beef (Ribeye) 1 cup diced bell peppers (green or red for added color) 1 cup diced onions 2 cups shredded provolone cheese 1 bag (32 ounces) frozen tater tots 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons olive oil Salt and pepper to taste


In a big pan, cook the tiny pieces of onions and bell peppers with some tasty olive oil until they get soft.


Put the thin beef slices in the pan, and sprinkle a bit of salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce on them. Cook until the beef turns brown and yummy.


Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish with a little oil, make layers with the cooked beef and veggies. Put on some shredded cheese and spread the frozen tots on top.


Put everything in the hot oven for 25-30 minutes. Wait until the tots are golden and crispy, and the cheese is all melted and bubbly.
