Datil Pepper Jelly
2 cups datil peppers, finely chopped 3 cups granulated sugar 1 cup apple cider vinegar 1 packet of liquid pectin Pinch of salt
First, cut the datil peppers small. And don't forget to wear gloves to keep your hands safe from the spicy peppers!
Put the tiny peppers in a big pot with sugar, apple cider vinegar, and a bit of salt. Stir everything in the pot on medium heat until the sugar disappears.
Now, turn the heat up high until everything is boiling a lot. Then, add liquid pectin and let it boil for 2 more minutes, stirring a lot.
