Crab Pad Thai

First! Mix tamarind paste, fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and chili flakes in a small bowl. Put it aside.

Cook the long noodles as it says on the package. Pour out the water and leave them on the side.

In a large wok or skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the crab to the pan. Mix it gently with the garlic.
