Chicken Macaroni Salad Filipino Style

Cook the macaroni and chicken according to the package instructions. Once cooked, shred the chicken and allow both to cool.

 In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, shredded chicken, pineapple tidbits, cheese, raisins, carrots, bell peppers, and onions.

In a separate bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk and mayonnaise until well combined. Adjust the sweetness and creaminess to your liking.

Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss until all the ingredients are evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
