Chicken Feet Adobo


2 lbs chicken feet, cleaned 1 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup vinegar 1 head of garlic, minced 1 onion, chopped 2 bay leaves 1 teaspoon peppercorns 1 tablespoon oil for sautéing 2 cups water


Make sure the chicken feet are super clean by removing anything icky.


In a big pot, cook tiny pieces of garlic and cut-up onions in oil until they turn golden brown.


Add the cleaned chicken feet to the pot and stir them once in a while until they get a bit brown.
