Carrabba's Tuscan Grilled Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste) 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (for drizzling)
Mix olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. It smells so good!
Put the chicken in a bag. Pour the tasty mix on the chicken so it's all covered. Close the bag or cover the dish and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Make the grill hot. Take the chicken out of the tasty mix and put it on the grill. Cook each side for 6-8 minutes until it's just right. The chicken should be 165°F (74°C) inside.
Put the grilled chicken on a plate and pour a sweet balsamic glaze on top. Now it's time to enjoy your Italian meal just in your home, easy peasy.
