Cajun Shrimp Scampi


1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined 8 oz linguine or your preferred pasta 4 tablespoons usalted butter 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning 1/2 cup chicken broth 1/4 cup dry white wine 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice Salt and pepper Chopped parsley for garnish

Dry the shrimp with paper towels. Sprinkle a bit of salt, pepper, and special Cajun seasoning on them.

Boil the long pasta until it's just right. Pour out the water and keep the pasta.

In a big pan, melt some butter. Put in tiny pieces of garlic and cook until it smells good. Add the special shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes on each side.

Pour in chicken juice, white grape juice, and lemon juice. Let it cook a bit, so the flavors mix up. Add more salt and pepper if you want.
